Liberty Online School, LLC. (“Liberty Online School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides digital courses, programs, and educational materials for immigration professionals and other trusted service providers. Because our content is delivered online and can be accessed immediately, this Refund Policy explains when refunds or credits may be available.
1. General Policy – Most Sales Are Final
1.1 Due to the digital and educational nature of our courses, programs, and materials, all sales are generally final.
1.2 By enrolling in a course or program, you acknowledge that you gain access to proprietary content, and that we cannot “take back” knowledge once it has been delivered.
1.3 For this reason, we do not offer automatic refunds once a purchase is completed, except as expressly stated in this Policy or where required by law.
2. Course- or Program-Specific Refund Terms
2.1 Some courses or programs may include a specific refund or satisfaction guarantee (for example, a limited “X‑day” refund window). Any such terms will be clearly stated:• On the course or program sales page, and/or• In the enrollment or checkout description, and/or• In your confirmation email or program materials.
2.2 If a course or program includes its own refund terms, those terms will govern that specific purchase, in addition to this Policy.
2.3 If no special refund terms are listed for a course or program, then the general policy of no refunds applies.
3. Limited Refunds or Credits (Case-by-Case)
3.1 In our sole discretion, we may choose to offer a partial or full refund, or a credit toward another course or program, in limited situations such as:• Documented technical issues on our side that prevent you from accessing the content, after you have contacted support and we have been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.• Clear duplicate purchases of the same course or program made in error.
3.2 Any such refunds or credits are voluntary and case-specific and do not create an ongoing obligation to offer similar treatment in the future.
3.3 We reserve the right to request reasonable documentation (for example, screenshots of errors or proof of duplicate charges) before making a decision.
4. How to Request a Refund or Credit
4.1 If your course or program includes a stated refund window, or you believe you qualify for a limited refund or credit under this Policy, you must:
• Submit your request in writing within the applicable time frame (if any), and
• Include your full name, email address used at checkout, order number, course or program name, and a brief explanation of your request.
4.2 Requests should be sent to the contact email listed on our Site (for example, info@immigrationforms.pro) or through any support channel we specify.
4.3 We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approval or denial of any refund or credit is at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings
5.1 Our courses and programs are designed to provide educational information and practical training. However, we do not guarantee:
• Any specific professional outcome,
• Any particular income or earnings, or
• Any licensing, certification, or government approval.
5.2 Your results depend on your own background, effort, business decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3 Because we do not guarantee results, lack of expected results or earnings is not a valid reason for a refund under this Policy.
6. Access to Content and Account Conduct
6.1 If a refund is granted, we may revoke or limit your access to the refunded course or program and any related materials.
6.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you violate our Terms & Conditions, share your login with others, or misuse our intellectual property.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
7.1 We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
7.2 Changes will apply to purchases made after the revised Policy is posted. For earlier purchases, the version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply, unless a change is required by law and is more favorable to you.
Digital Access Principles
While our standard policy is that payments are non-refundable, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. At our sole discretion, we may offer limited refunds or account credits as outlined in specific promotional offers or individual course descriptions. These exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis and do not waive our general final-sale policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that ImmigrationForms.Pro provides the educational framework, but we do not guarantee specific career results or legal outcomes, as success depends on your individual effort and adherence to the law.
Student Commitment and Compliance
Students are responsible for their own progress and for ensuring that their use of our training materials complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a course.
